She found a handwritten recipe on a small piece of paper within the pages of that cookbook entitled ‘Pasta Virginia’. She sent me a picture of it and was curious why this dish was called this. Ironically, she was born in the state of Virginia. Long story, short (for Maria), either you made this for me or you taught me how to make it and I wrote it down.
